Hemophilia B patient chart study in Japan

Our client was aiming to collecting a challenging number of hemophilia B patient charts in Japan as part of an online quantitative study.

We successfully collected date from a total of 35 hematologists + pediatricians with a total of 126 patient records completed... resulting in a very happy and satisfied client.

Advanced GIST (recurrent, metastatic and/or non-resectable) study in Japan

It has been reported that GIST is such a rare cancer that affects only 1 in 100,000 people, and there are only 500-1,000 metastatic and/or non-resectable GIST patients newly diagnosed per year.

Despite this challenge we conducted a quantitative study among physicians who treat advanced GIST patients.

We outperformed our own target and achieved 80 completes within just 2 weeks… which led to satisfied client.

Patient record form study in Hong Kong

The client was aiming to collect patient record forms for various type of patients in Hong Kong, including diabetes patients, HER2 breast cancer patients, etc.

Each patient form took about 5-10 minutes to complete and we managed to collect over 200 PRFs for each therapy area (TA).

Impact of COVID study in APAC

Our client was aiming to conduct a quick online study across several TAs to understand the impact of COVID to their daily practices in China and Japan.

We targeted physicians treating prostate cancer, PAH, multiple myloema, IBD, and psoriasis.

We successfully closed the study based on the quotas set (n=260s for each country for a 15-minute survey). The study was completed in just 7-10 days for both countries.

Hospital capital expenditure study for Japan

Our client was aiming to conduct an online quantitative among decision makers and influences at hospitals throughout Japan.

We targeted hospital directors, deputy directors, finance/procurement representative, head of departments (HODs), and head nurses.

We collected responses for a 10-minute survey from 100+ decision makers and influences from 100+ unique hospitals with 100 or more beds throughout Japan.
