Lisa Tam

Director

Lisa started her career in market research in 1995, working exclusively in healthcare data collection in the APAC region. From learning the fundamentals for fieldwork (e.g. recruitment and moderation) in the early years to building a healthcare panel in Asia and managing multiple offices with different cultures, her passion for delivering valued-added research to clients; and ultimately helping the patients, has never faltered.

Her current role involves resource development and providing strategy leadership and long-term vision to effectively growing the capabilities of the organization while ensuring overall operating efficiency and profitability. Lisa speaks native Cantonese, fluent English and Mandarin.

Shaofei Deng

Associate Director

Shaofei has over 10 years’ market research experience, covering all qualitative and quantitative methods in the healthcare and consumer sector in Asia. She has split her career in roles at both fieldwork agencies and research companies.

Shaofei’s professional attitude and strong sense of client service provide her with the necessary tools to continually surpass our client’s expectations.   She speaks native Mandarin and is fluent in English and Cantonese.

Mika Matsumura

Associate Director

Mika, a qualitative healthcare enthusiast, has more than 11 years of experience in healthcare market research. She has previously held positions supporting local and overseas pharmaceutical device manufacturers as a research executive in Japan. Mika helps manage our qualitative fieldwork service and is bilingual (Japanese & English) healthcare moderator. Her knowledge covers a wide range of respondent types and therapeutic areas, with a particular strength in oncology. 

Mika believes Plamed Asia is the best partner for clients due to our continual goal to provide local guidance with broad and deep expertise. Plamed Asia is committed to learning about the changing marketplace in Asia and sharing that knowledge with our clients. Our extensive project experience, our in-house, robust healthcare database, and the passion of our team members makes that possible.

Yuriko Takahashi

Associate Director

Yuri has 8 years of experience managing full research for Rx an OTC market research. She also has experience managing consumer research in Asia. Yuri’s experience covers both qualitative and quantitative research with patients and healthcare professionals.  She is a native Japanese speaker and is fluent in English.
